Step by Step Procedure for Customers Who Need a CUSTOM Form Pack

 

  1. Gather all paper forms you want you want to include in your custom form pack.
  1. Send to Anasoftware postal address (see Contact), by postal mail, the above paper forms.
  1. We'll then schedule a phone conference with you, in order to
  1. Set the pre-defined category for each form (Regular, Optional, Pre-printed).
  2. Set the Mem fields for each form.
  3. Negotiate a price for the package.
Note:
In case you wish no pre-defined categories or Mem fields, we'll skip points 1. and 2. above.
