Step by Step Procedure for Customers Who Need a CUSTOM Form Pack

3. We'll then schedule a phone conference with you, in order to

1. Set the pre-defined category for each form (Regular, Optional, Pre-printed).
2. Set the Mem fields for each form.
3. Negotiate a price for the package.
