VARs: How to Process a Transaction

There are 2 possible ways to process a transaction:
  1. Charge the customer yourself.
  • Charge the customer 100% of the negotiated price.
  • Go to the New Transaction Form page and fill it out. Within 1 business day, you will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details and a TRANSACTION ID.
  • Next, order the "Custom Order" item on our Buy page, entering a custom price of 50% of your negotiated price.
  • When you send the paper forms, include a copy of the invoice you issued for this transaction.
  1. Let Anasoftware charge your customer.
  • In this case, go to the New Transaction Form page and fill it out. Within 1 business day, you will receive a confirmation email /w all transaction details and a TRANSACTION ID. This is your receipt that guarantees your 50% share as soon as the transaction is completed.
  • Next, instruct your client to order the "Custom Order" item on our Buy page, entering a custom price of 100% of the price you negotiated.
