VARs: Paper Form Pack

1. Get all paper forms that your new client wants to include in a custom form pack. Please insist for the best quality forms your customer can provide; this is essential for the resulting electronic forms to achieve maximum graphical accuracy.

2. Evaluate the forms and negotiate a price.

3. After charging the customer for the project, prepare paper forms as following:

1. Make copies of all forms.
2. On each form page copy, mark the following in red color:

1. In the upper-right corner, mark the pre-defined category: R, O, or P (Regular, Optional, Pre-printed)
2. For each Mem field, mark an "M" in it.

4. Send to Anasoftware postal address (see Contact) both the original forms and the marked copies.
