Q. Must I enter a business name
when ordering? A. It is not absolutely necessary. If you do not, we'll use your name instead of the business name. Then, if you need additional licenses, you'll have to buy them in the same name. Also, the hierarchy root in Manager will display your name, instead of the business name. Back to top |

Q. Are there different Form
House versions for different Windows versions? A. No. The current version adapts itself to the OS it finds on your machine. Back to top |

Q.
May I install the full version over the trial version? (without uninstalling
the trial version first) A. Yes. The full version installation will reconfigure and update all files and settings of the trial version. If you choose to install it this way, it will take less time. If you choose to completely remove the trial version first, that's perfectly OK too. Back to top |

Q. Why is text sometimes misaligned? A. This may happen due to low resolution of a monitor screen. However, if you zoom-in (enlarge form image) data will be correctly aligned. But in most cases you won't have this problem at all. Also, on printed forms, data is always correctly aligned (no exceptions). [More details: Forms are created at high resolution, for printing. When scaling down to screen resolution, due to limited/fixed number of pixels a monitor may have, text may appear slightly misaligned. However, it only "appears" so, in reality it is correctly aligned, as you can check by zooming-in or by printing it. When you zoom-in, a larger number of pixels are allocated per square inch of form image, and approximations can be eliminated.] Back to top |

Q. While using the trial version, Filler displays a
Purchase button and a banner on prints, with FormDocs information that does
not apply to Anasoftware. A. FormDocs Filler was modified by Anasoftware in order to match the Form House functionality. But FormDocs Filler preserves the original selling information in the trial version. Form House users make no use of it however, as you need to contact Anasoftware, not FormDocs, in order to buy Form House. When you buy Form House, FormDocs Filler is included in the suite. and thus you implicitly pay for Filler. You are a licensed user of Filler. Back to top |

Q. Does the trial version expire after 30 days? A. No, it never expires. Back to top |

Q. Why is the size of the suite larger then average? A. The size of the software itself, including all applications, is about 10 MB. The form pack accounts for the rest. The form pack is heavily based on graphics (especially the pre-printed items). While graphics can be converted to a smaller size, there is a limit one cannot exceed for image and print quality to be preserved. The trial version is smaller in size because it only contains a limited number (20) of sample forms. Back to top |

Q. How many records can a form file hold? A. Two billion maximum. Meaning, for each form, you may fill and save 2,000,000,000 times. Back to top |

Q. When emailing a form, there are 2
choices: FormDocs and PDF. What's the difference? A. Choosing PDF (recommended), the form is converted and viewable with Adobe Acrobat, which is installed on practically all PCs. It is therefore recommended that you choose PDF. Using the FormDocs format requires Filler on the destination machine. Back to top |

Q. What is a MAPI error? A. This means you tried to send email from Filler but your system has no email client installed and configured. If you didn't use email on your machine before, you may start with Outlook Express (included with Windows) and configure it. You need, of course, an internet connection too. Back to top |

Q. We are ordering a custom
package. Where do we find our transaction information and files to
download, afterwards? A. All custom orders are set private web pages with all transaction information and history, and all files and updates for download. You will be sent the location (how to access the page) as soon as your order is completed. Files for download appear on your page as soon as your package development is completed. Back to top |
